Dustin has over 20 years experience in beauty, pharma and consumer products. Most recently, Dustin served as vice president Americas and global operational excellence lead at Daetwyler Pharma, Inc., where he generated tens of millions of dollars in new growth, by identifying key areas of improvement to quality, and to better serve the customer. He was also president of Rexam Cosmetic Packaging, and COOof Marietta Corp.
